General Information

  1. What types of digital products do you offer?
    • I sell both editable and non-editable pdfs. The editable pdfs can be edited in the free version of adobe reader.
  2. How do I purchase a product?
    • Add the product(s) to your cart and then go to the checkout page where you can place your order. You will then receive your digital download automatically after you make your purchase.

Downloading Products

  1. How do I download my purchased products?
    • Go to your “my account” page on heyprintables.com and you can find your digital downloads in the “downloads” tab. Click “download files” and you will receive a PDF with a google drive link to access your files.
  2. What file formats are your products available in?
    • You will receive PDF files (editable and/or non-editable PDF files).
  3. I’m having trouble downloading my product. What should I do?
    • Make sure you are downloading the files from either a laptop or a computer. They will not successfully download on a cellphone. If you are having issues downloading your files, try to download from a different browser. If you have any issues, please reach out at support@heyprintables.com.

Payment & Billing

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept payments from credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  2. Is my payment information secure?
    • Our customer’s credit card number and security code are never stored on our website. Sensitive information goes directly to the payment processor to ensure the customer’s security.
  3. Will I receive an invoice or receipt for my purchase?
    • Yes, you will receive an invoice/order confirmation containing a link for your download.

Licensing and Usage

  1. Can I use the product for commercial purposes?
    • No, our products are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, and not for commercial use and resale. Please do not share or copy.
  2. Can I share the product with others?
    • Please do not share or copy.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Do you offer returns or refunds on digital downloads?
    • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
  2. What if I accidentally purchased the wrong product?
    • Please email me at support@heyprintables.com if you purchased the wrong product and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. Do I need to create an account to purchase a product?
    • You can checkout as a guest; you do not need to make an account to make a purchase.
  2. How do I reset my password?
    • You can click “forgot my password” underneath the login section to reset your password.
